After they forced people from Quickbooks Desktop (which could manage an unlimited # of companies and was generally a really good product) to Quickbooks online which is a very inferior product, (only lets you use it with 1 company, super glitchy and laggy), and then jacked up the price to 3.5X the base cost of QBD on a PER YEAR basis I couldn't be happier.
I used to like them before the started ripping my business. Now I’m moving to another online platform.
