Misleading 'Store does not exist' error during API/platform outages
During platform incidents or API degradations, customers are shown a 'Store does not exist' error page instead of a temporary unavailability message. This leads to a loss of customer trust as buyers believe the store is fake or they have been scammed.

the message given that the store do not exist it makes us lose the customers trust
A customer mid-order doesn’t know it’s a 5-min blip; they just think they got scammed.
I can’t believe the default error message shown to potential customers is “ This store does not exist. ”
If the lookup path is degraded or uncertain, the safer customer-facing message is 'This store is temporarily unavailable'.
