Custom fields not visible in banking categorization feed
Custom fields do not appear in the banking area when categorizing transactions, forcing users to manually edit the register. This creates a time-consuming and inefficient workflow, especially for those who have exhausted their tag limits and need to allocate expenses to PO numbers.

The custom field is not showing up when categorizing transactions.
custom fields in QBO don't surface in the banking/categorization feed, they only appear on transaction forms like invoices, bills, and expenses when you open them directly.
The last thing on earth I’d like to do is categorize transactions then have to go into the register to edit them and add the custom field from there. Super time consuming, inefficient, and leaves much more room for error.
