i'm being hit with way too many bots attempting checkouts lately.
I have discovered something that seems to stop scammers cold. It costs nothing. However, it adds an extra step to the checkout process, which is a downside.
It definitely causes more friction, but I do it for my store anyways. I think it deters fraudulent orders as well, since I get less of them now.
