Require phone number for international orders only
Merchants need the ability to make phone numbers mandatory for international shipments while keeping them optional for domestic ones. Current limitations lead to delivery issues with customs and brokers when customer phone numbers are missing.

Domestic shipments don’t need a phone number, but international shipments do. Shopify, just give us the ability to match this with optional domestic phone number and required phone number for international!
I’ve had numerous PITAs where customs/broker is stumbling around trying to deliver without a customer phone #.
