Recurring tasks do not trigger 'Task added to project' rules

When a recurring task is created upon completion of the previous one, it is not recognized as a new task added to the project. This prevents automation rules from triggering, meaning custom fields are not set and tasks are not sorted automatically.

There is no Rule trigger for duplicated tasks, which is what recurring tasks are.

I would love to understand what I am missing in regards to why a task created from a repeated completed task wouldn’t be seen as “added to a project” upon creation.
