Lack of flexible data validation and required field logic

Merchants are frustrated by the rigid 'AND' logic for required fields, which forces them to use fake placeholder values when only one of several fields is needed. The current data validation system is seen as limited, requiring complex workarounds like calculation properties to ensure data quality. This creates friction in the CRM update process and slows down pipeline velocity.

Forcing both creates friction and leads to workarounds like fake placeholder values or skipped validation entirely.

it's extremely limited and requires wonky workarounds for anything that isn't basic

I shouldn't have to create calculation properties and sync properties all over the place just to validate my data.

It should just say what’s missing and stop the update there, instead of making people guess or click through another prompt.
