So far all of ours sided with the customer… is there even point trying?
Accepting the chargeback charges me money and punishes me when I did nothing wrong.
Customer opens dispute on day 12, 8 days later the bank sides with the customer? The item is literally in transit....
I actually have no confidence that they will close it my favour
