Inability to reduce paid seat count

Merchants are unable to scale down the number of paid seats after reducing their team size. This rigid pricing structure is forcing users to consider switching to alternative platforms to reduce costs.

I cannot scale back the number of seats from 5. Right now it is getting close to a choice of looking elsewhere if I cannot bring the cost down

you can’t flex down on number of seats. Through a restructuring and some M&A, we’re down from 90 people to around 40, but Asana wants to keep us paying for the full amount.
