Our pipeline truth lives in Gmail and Slack too so HubSpot always lags unless you automate the sync back in
Our problem is that it doesn't log our activity on LinkedIn (and that's where we spend most of our time). So right now we don't have data like connection requests, messages etc in HubSpot and it's quite annoying.
The cross-app part is different because the first job is diagnosis: what changed, what matters, what should become CRM truth, and what should stay as context.
