Usage charges not received in Shopify payouts
App developers are applying usage charges to active stores, but the payments are not appearing in their Shopify payouts. Some charges have remained unpaid for over 10 months despite being shown as applied in the Shopify Partner dashboard.

we noticed that there are some stores that are active, and we applied the usage charge, but in payouts not receiving payment from Shopify for those usage charges.
we have around $20k lying in Usage charge and we have not received it.. pending for many stores for more than 10 months as well.
This is really hampering our business.
