Lack of granular control over Slack notification types and volume
Merchants are experiencing alert overload due to a lack of advanced notification customization. They struggle with noisy integrations and literal keyword alerts, desiring the ability to differentiate notification sounds and receive summarized digests instead of constant pings.

What this has created is alert overload, obviously. I get the little slack notification constantly, and I want to customize it so that I can auditorily identify what is happening.
What I’d really want is something that understands the context and sends me a digest of conversations I care about, rather than relying on exact keywords.
Is there a way to streamline the types and number of notifications you get in slack? Is there a way to get a daily digest of notifications in slack, the same way that you do in email?
Slack doesn't seem to have any customization for notifications other than "Yes I want them, or No I don't want any".
