Frustrating shipping rate management and low insurance limits in UK
Managing shipping rates is a nightmare, especially for international orders which require manual entry for each country. Integrated Royal Mail plans have frustratingly low insurance limits of £75, leading to financial losses when high-value parcels are lost.

there is no automatic calculation for shipping abroad which makes my life so difficult
When I want to ship internationally, I need to load the rates manually... For each country...
I've had to make two claims of £60+ value back and they were credited as "postage credit". I then found out that I'm also limited to £75 compensation.
