my Shopify Partner account was closed with a general notice about “risk” and I lost access to the App Store.
It has now been 20 days since I lost access to my Shopify account, and I still cannot log in.
Our access was simply removed without prior communication.
This issue is severely impacting my business. I am unable to manage my website, process orders efficiently, update store content, communicate with customers, or perform basic administrative tasks.
