Is anyone else having issues with the Shopify POS app logging out unexpectedly?
staff can’t log in on their own. They have to take a photo of the iPad’s QR code, send it to me, and then I have to scan the QR code from one device to another just to get them back in.
This happens to us at least weekly. So annoying. And the sign is process is definitely clunky.
