Poor customer support and unresponsive communication from app providers

Their support is completely incapable of fixing this absurd technical error. To make matters worse, they have now blocked my access to add new products and they withdrawed money from my visa for one of this plane . I have been trying to reach them for over 24 hours with zero response, even though my tier supposedly includes "VIP Chat."
talked to 3 people, live and AI and was told we would hear from an account rep that day, it has been 3 days, nothing.
Dsers did not help me figure out the issue. They did not even respond to several messages through their messenger or email.
I contacted their agent Nicole and never got a response.
They consistently fail to respond to customer requests, and when they finally do, it takes an unreasonably long time to receive any support.
