Shopify Collective metrics ignore custom lead times and order types

Performance metrics on the Collective dashboard use fixed timeframes that do not account for made-to-order lead times or different fulfillment windows for wholesale versus retail. This results in inaccurate on-time fulfillment rates that make reliable suppliers appear unreliable to potential retail partners.

the metrics are based on a fixed timeframe, which means they don’t take supplier-set lead times into account.

the current system can make reliable made-to-order suppliers look unreliable, which feels very unfair and potentially harmful to our businesses.

my wholesale lead times are dragging down my on-time fulfillment and on-time delivery rates, making my overall metrics appear worse than they actually are

these blended metrics are used by Collective retailers to evaluate me as a supplier partner, and they do not accurately reflect my performance
