Entity Info window fails to display or update properly

The Entity Info dialog box in SketchUp Pro 2015 on Mac frequently fails to display its full contents, shows nothing selected, or disappears off-screen. This forces merchants to reset their workspace or restart the application, wasting significant time. The issue recurs throughout the day and disrupts essential workflows like moving entities between layers.

if I select an object in the model, the Entity Info window continues to show nothing selected.

The entity window, as like the others, disappears to a xy of 0,0. i need to restart SU to get them back at regular positions.
