Monday.com users struggle with multi-level subitem and board limitations
The pain
We're hitting a wall with Monday.com because it lacks proper multi-level subitem and board functionality. This is a huge roadblock preventing company-wide adoption, as this multi-level capability is present in all other project management software our teams are used to. We need either project boards to have multi-subitem functionality or for multi-level boards to be an option when creating a project board via the portfolio board.
