The story
The pain
We've been trying to make Monday.com work for years, but the customer service is abysmal. They've replaced real human support with AI that just tells us to figure it out ourselves, and our account managers won't respond. We're building custom replacements and actively considering migrating off the platform.

At this point, I have to imagine they are loosing customers in leaps and bounds to both customer service and vibe coded apps becoming actually functional.... It took 3 days to make a replacement product exactly for our workflow with customer portals and everything with a new monthly cost to us @ 23 bucks a month to host it, unlimited seats of course.
We’ve had a similar experience. It’s awful. But we’re stuck with it for a bit. We literally just migrated and built a custom react/vite time tracking app and can’t pull the plug yet. We have 225 users on Monday.com and I can’t get our AM to respond. It’s awful. I like to joke they picked the perfect name for their platform: nobody likes Mondays.
They've replaced real help with AI. I'm not going to pay to have to do another person's job while also doing my own job. Unless the AI can cancel my service when I ask it to, using AI to "guide" me through the process myself is basically just telling me to figure it out or kick rocks.
