The story
The pain
We're tired of Salesforce shoving Agentforce and AI down our throats while ignoring long-standing platform issues. Basic features that worked in Classic still aren't in Lightning, and the company has stopped delivering real innovation. It feels like we're working against Salesforce, not with it.

Now all you see is agentfoce this and agentfoce that which I've still yet to see any real world use cases for other than their magic sales pitches that execs drool over. They still haven't delivered on simple things that were available in classic that still aren't in lightning.
Salesforce is forcing us to consume nothing but AI, when realistically this meta of B2B solutions won’t stand up to failed digital transformations, poor data management for the past 10-15 years, lack of staffing, and leadership that ultimately doesn’t care.
I’ve been in the field a little under 13 years now, and Salesforce has always had a bit of a problem with shiny object syndrome. But within the past few years I think they are genuinely starting to forget why their customers choose Salesforce to begin with.
Mark doesn't care about it. He only cares about a.i. One of the Standard Objects that is connected into the pricing system is named "Product2", because back at the turn of the century, they set up a structure of Standard Objects around an object called "Product". After a few years, they decided it was crap and designed a more flexible structure around "Product2". And after that, I guess they thought it was good enough and shifted their attention implementing on-screen confetti or some bullshit.
