We managers struggle with the Activity Timeline for resource planning and capacity management. The process of updating hours and allocations is tedious, and we are actively looking for third-party alternatives or workarounds like exporting data to Excel and pushing it back via Power Automate. Even as users, logging time through this tool requires twice the effort compared to a simple button in a Jira issue.
