The story
The pain
We need to schedule multiple recurring appointments at once, or manually book a client into a specific time slot without forcing them to use the booking page. The current interface makes us enter each appointment one by one, and there's no straightforward way to set up date-specific availability or create an appointment on behalf of a client on a time we choose.

I need to create 17 appointments on Calendly and shudder to think I may have to put them each in one by one. Please tell me there's a way I can make 17 appointments for the next 17 saturdays for the same exact time all at once.
I want it so it shows potential clients that I’ve got availability say 1st August 8:30am-9:30am then 11th 4pm-5pm. On the main page “edit meeting type” it says my availability is Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm which is not the case
I keep being told to put a client into calendly. But I don't find the program very intuitive at all. How can I put this client into 11:15 am on Friday?
