the misrepresentation thing is super vague on purpose but usually it’s about contact info being incomplete, return policy missing or unclear, or your domain looking too new.
Google doesn’t allow misleading users. Also don’t use an @gmail.com website instead make sure your email address listed on the website matches your domain name.
