Shipping tracking status fails to update for Royal Mail and Amazon
Merchants are experiencing issues where order tracking statuses remain stuck at 'Tracking added' and do not update to 'Delivered' for Royal Mail and Amazon Shipping. This leads to manual tracking checks and synchronization failures between Shopify and shipping carriers.

the delivery status on orders sent with Royal Mail is stuck at ‘Tracking added’ and no longer updates like it used to.
orders shipped with Amazon Shipping using Amazon tracking numbers such as: TBA330991816108 are not being updated to the “Delivered” status after successful delivery.
the Shopify integration doesn’t seem to update when the delivery is finished. I always have to manually check and mark it as delivered.
Royal Mail orders remaining at “Tracking added” while carriers such as DHL continue updating normally.
