We constantly have to drag every piece of an address out of callers one prompt at a time. People give the street name and stop, forget their zip code, or don't know whether they live on a street, avenue, or boulevard. It turns a simple verification into a frustrating, time-wasting ordeal that makes us look like the bad guys when callers complain about wait times.
