Lack of task color-coding and broken color-blind accessibility

Color-coding is critical for me (and a lot of other neurodiverse people) to be able to keep track of my workstreams. It’s actually an accessibility issue

I played around with the “colorblind mode” to see if I could ameliorate this, but it seems like the project color is ignoring that toggle
