Limited automation and assignment capabilities for subtasks
Merchants are struggling to automate the assignment and management of subtasks using rules. Current limitations make it difficult to route subtasks to specific assignees based on parent task data or to trigger rules on subtasks without converting them into separate tasks.

I’d like a rule to automatically generate a subtask for review , assign it a due date, and assign that subtask to the correct student intern (reviewer).
I just created a new version of my rule but still see “run on subtasks” grayed out.
I tried creating a separate rule to just assign the subtasks, but I’m not sure how to get it to trigger since subtasks don’t get added to projects.
being able to edit the subtasks would be really helpful.
