Lack of native parcel locker and pickup point support in Poland
Merchants in Poland struggle with the absence of native checkout support for parcel lockers and pickup points, which are primary delivery methods in the region. Current workarounds using third-party apps or cart attributes lead to a poor checkout experience and operational friction.

In Poland, parcel lockers and pickup points are one of the main delivery methods in e-commerce, and for many customers they are as standard as choosing a payment method.
Today, many Polish Shopify merchants rely on workarounds where customers select a parcel locker or pickup point in the cart, through a third-party app, during checkout in limited ways, or after the order has already been paid.
This creates real problems: worse checkout experience higher risk of mismatch between the selected location and shipping method pickup point data stored in unstructured ways such as notes, cart attributes, order attributes, or custom fields
