Lack of clickable hyperlinks and display text in custom fields
Merchants find it user-unfriendly to have long, raw URLs in custom fields. They want the ability to use clickable hyperlinks with customizable display text, similar to how links work in task descriptions.

it would be great if this could be added to a custom field defined as a URL, so it was recognised as a clickable link
would be really helpful to be able to have the ability to edit the display text for a URL like we can in the task description.
Having the long https:// URL is not user-friendly. And it’s not super intuitive to go to right hand corner to click to link out. Would like it to just be a hyperlink with any text you want in there.
