“We are required to take an AI skills assessment and for my Senior TPM role the required level is “Advanced”. This means I must be using AI for X, Y and Z product/agile tasks by now plus using Claude Skills and Workflows at EVERY opportunity possible (and yes I hear about this weekly if not daily). It feels impossible to keep up with changing our PRD templates or tech design docs while also shifting our internal agile processes to accommodate (example) “AI story pointing”, and then still deliver the same workload without some drops in quality right now.”
