Dialpad users lose business-critical SMS due to failed registration and slow A2P
We've been stuck in an endless loop trying to get our SMS registration approved, with Dialpad repeatedly failing our efforts and providing no real support.

We’ve been dealing with SMS registration issues since June 2024, and despite multiple attempts to get everything approved, Dialpad has continuously failed our registration efforts, delayed approvals, and provided little to no support. It’s been an exhausting process with endless back-and-forth, only to end up in the same spot—unable to send business-critical messages.”
