Freshworks developers can't publish or delete custom apps stuck in 'Publish in progress'
We're trying to upload new versions of our custom apps or delete old ones, but they get stuck in a 'Publish in progress' state that never completes.
“We have custom apps stuck in “Publish in Progress” and others are not publishing the updates I uploaded nor can I delete the unplubihshed custom apps. First App has been suck in Progress for about 4 hours now Second App I have uploaded the changes but everytime I publish the new version remains in draft and does not publish. 3rd app I want to delete which it give me the pop up but nothing deletes.”
