HighLevel users can't reliably link contacts and companies
We struggle with a broken connection between the Business Name field on contacts and the Companies tab.
“When you add the Business Name, it creates a Company in the Companies tab but there are no other connections between them after that aside from showing associations. We need changes between the two tabs to be dynamic. That is to say, if you update the Business Name, it updates the Company Name in the companies tab or if you update a custom field in the contact, it updates that field in the associated Company. Currently, if we don't remember to make the change in the Company tab, they no longer align.”
