The pain

We've invested millions in Workday, yet basic HRIS features like printing a one-page org chart are still impossible. The UI logic—condition rules and business process validations—can't be pulled into integrations, forcing us to abandon projects. Meanwhile, long-standing feature requests on the ideation hub go unaddressed for years, and we're left building workarounds or paying consultants to solve problems the software should handle.

This has been my #1 issue with WD for over a decade. It’s so embarrassing to tell an executive that the HR system they just dropped millions of dollars on can’t even print a dang org chart on one page. This is like HRIS 101 shit, and it’s time WD provides an actual solution.

It does not. The UI logic in workday like condition rules and BP validations . We tried to integrate WD and SN and we gave up for this reason . Now we are exploring other AI solutions . Integrations does not pull UI logic .

WD has a good UI compared to other large hris systems and I appreciate their efforts in not ignoring and staying modern whereas many don’t; however, there are loads of needs in brainstorms/ideation hub that haven’t been addressed in years.
