The story
The pain
We're struggling with a broken connection between the Business Name field and the Companies tab. A single typo in the Business Name creates a duplicate company instead of linking to the existing one. We need a proper dropdown selector for companies, the ability to set a primary company, and dynamic syncing between contact and company fields. This makes HighLevel nearly unusable for B2B operations.

This would also be huge if it wasn't a typeable form under the contact for the company. For example, once the company is created, they have to go and search for the company instead of you getting one letter off when the contact is added, and it now populates a new company.
Yes, and just like a good CRM, vice versa. It'd be nice to have a company's dropdown, of existing companies when making a contact from contacts. That way, there will be two ways to quickly add a new member to an existing company without duplicating it.
The Opportunity Business field should work like the contact field where you see a list of your Companies or have the option to create a new one. One letter off and you generate a new Company Contact.
When you add the Business Name, it creates a Company in the Companies tab but there are no other connections between them after that aside from showing associations. We need changes between the two tabs to be dynamic.
Companies should be treated as actual items, not as free text fields - similar to contacts, you select a contact from a drop down menu. the company / business name field should also pull from the companies list.
Only that the Business Name can create a new company, but when I select an existing company, the business name stays empty!? Really strange. Also, we can't add the connected company name in the contact list as a new column and therefore can not be filtered or found by typing it in, so I am pretty much forced to manually type in the business name as well and risking creating a new company if I don't type it in 100% the same way.
