The story

The pain

We've spent years mastering WFM logic in Excel, but when we apply for new roles, timed Google Sheets exams trip us up. The interface feels alien, and we're anxious about choking on basic functions because our muscle memory is built around Excel shortcuts. We know the math is the same, but the tool switch makes us look less competent on tests.

I have little native platform experience we utilized NICE iex but only to check and compare schedule and generate schedule and plot activities. I’m currently applying for WFM Scheduler and Planner roles, and a lot of the initial technical exams are being deployed via Google Sheets. Because I have intense muscle memory built around Excel shortcuts and menus, Google Sheets feels completely alien to me, and it’s making me anxious about choking during timed assessments.
