The story
The pain
We're forced into expensive enterprise pricing just to get SSO, costing $550 AUD per license per year. Even at that price, Acrobat on Mac regularly loses features and the official fix is to sign out and back in. Adobe has acknowledged the bug but won't properly fix it.

$550 AUD per license and the fix for a recurring bug is just sign out and back in. Genuinely embarrassing. We're in the same boat with SSO requirements pushing us into enterprise pricing. There's no real alternative if you need that level of access control, but at that price the product should just work. Monthly auth issues shouldn't even be a conversation you're having with their support team.
We need the enterprise version for SSO so stuck with SSO tax. $550 AUD a year per license. We’re also on Mac and at least once a month a user’s Acrobat will lose some of its features and they need to sign out and back in of Adobe to reapply the licence to fix it. Maybe I’m being petty but $550 for a pdf editor that has issues is crazy. Adobe have acknowledged the issue and that’s their fix. Sign out and in. Smh.
