Intercom support teams can't link Slack side conversations back to the original ticket
The pain
When we start a side conversation in Slack, there's no direct link back to the Intercom conversation it came from. This forces us to manually copy and paste URLs, and teammates in Slack can't easily jump into Intercom for full context. We need the Slack message to automatically include a clickable link to the originating Intercom conversation, so we can collaborate faster without losing context.
